Yes. We use high-quality, non-toxic frit. Every batch of enameled cookware undergoes strict heavy metal leaching tests to ensure it is 100% Lead and Cadmium free.
We use 100% natural vegetable oil (typically soy or flaxseed oil). It is Kosher-certified, Non-GMO, and free from common allergens.
We perform rigorous Thermal Shock Tests (heating to 250°C and plunging into cold water) and Impact Tests to ensure the bonding strength between the iron and the enamel layer.
While cast iron has a natural texture, we use advanced DISA automatic molding lines and fine shot-blasting to minimize pinholes, burrs, and sand inclusions.
Yes. We machine-grind the bottoms to strict Flatness Tolerances to ensure stability and prevent scratching on induction or electric ceramic cooktops.
